We work closely with clients to improve productivity and reduce cost
The first steps in improving productivity are to challenge existing methods and to involve operational staff.
We study current processes and analyse data in order to develop a detailed understanding of operational activities. Involving operational staff in workshops as early as possible allows us to capture ideas and test our initial conclusions.
Benchmarking allows us to identify the specific areas where there are opportunities for improvement. We consider alternative processes and the adoption of appropriate equipment and systems in order to close performance gaps. Further workshops with operators allow us to agree on new methods and to reset Key Performance Indicators to deliver excellence.
